Our Mission
The purpose of our Open Hearts Open Homes ministry is to glorify God as we equip families to reach foster children and orphans with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the ministry of their homes with the guidance, support and prayer of our church family. (Ps. 68:5; Jas. 1:27)
Adoption and fostering is evangelism at its core-bringing the mission field home, where children are loved, cared for and discipled to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Caring for the fatherless and adoption is at the very heart of God. As believers, we ourselves have been adopted by God and now have an incredible opportunity to experience His joy and prayerfully consider making "one of the least of these" our own child.
If you are an individual or family interested in learning more about adoption or foster care, already involved in fostering or adoption but looking for support from a church body, a church leader that is interested in starting your own orphan care ministry, or someone who would like to get involved in supporting those who are fostering or adopting, we would love to help you! OHOH is available for resources, prayer support, Biblical counseling, support groups, financial support, general needs, and support in beginning your own orphan care ministry.
